How we rank
Methodology
We score each surgeon from 0 to 100 across five weighted factors: board certification and fellowship training (30%), procedure specialization (25%), accredited-facility safety (20%), outcomes and review quality (15%), and transparency and value (10%). We verify certification on the ABPS/ABFPRS directories, audit public review corpora and before-and-after evidence, and confirm procedure focus with each practice. Rankings are editorial opinion, not paid placements.

Our process
We verify board certification against the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS) directories, confirm fellowship training and procedure focus with each practice, audit public review corpora and before-and-after evidence, and re-check our assessments on a monthly cadence. When facts change, we update the page and its “Updated” date.
